FINK FAMILY FARM | Homesteading

My husband and I live on the Fink Family Farm with our daughter. My wonderfully hardworking hubby helps Gram (who lives next door) milk her goats morning and night. We make goat cheese, plant a huge garden with Gram, can and freeze fruits and vegetables in the fall, raise pigs for meat, and raise chickens for eggs. We have a wood-burning stove that heats our house, we hang dry our clothes on a large Amish drying rack, and we cloth diaper our daughter. It is a lot of work and a commitment to live the homesteading lifestyle, but it is extremely rewarding! Life is slow, peaceful, and simple. It is creative and beautiful. And we love it!
